Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from the first pressing of the olives and extracting the oil by mechanical means which results in the highest quality classification of olive oil.

Rapeseed Oil, also known as Canola, is obtained by crushing the rapeseed which then results in an oil which is low in saturated fat (less than 7%), is high in monounsaturated fat, and has a beneficial omega-3 fatty acid profile. Rapeseed oil is a key ingredient in many foods and its reputation as a healthy oil has created high demand in markets around the world.

Pomace Oil is the oil that is extracted from the olive pulp after the first press. By extracting the residual oil from olive press-cake, Pomace Olive oil is carefully refined and then combined with Extra Virgin Olive oil.
